| 1.
General |
|
1.01. As a member of v75th,
you represent not only
yourself, but the rest of the clan. Act responsibly, don't put
down other organizations or individuals publicly. Conduct yourselves
as professionals and soldiers.

| 1.02.
Derogatory or slanderous language that involves race, gender,
sexual preference, religion or creed can and will be grounds for
immediate removal from v75th, with or without warning. |
|
1.03. Cheating will NOT be
tolerated. Any members found cheating will be removed from the
roster. This is a zero tolerance policy.
|
| 1.04.
Respect your fellow members. |
|
1.05.
Members
are expected to follow the direction of any higher-ranking members;
they have earned it.
|
| 1.06.
Use chain of command to resolve problems and seek information. |
| 1.07.
If you have a problem with your immediate superior, skip one level
in the chain and report the problem. |
| 1.08.
Unit disagreements will be kept private. DO NOT post grievances in
public forums. |

| 2.
Communication |
| 2.01.
All members are required to create a Hotmail account for use
with MSN Messenger. |
| 2.02.
All members must install Ventrilo and MSN Messenger. |
| 2.03.
All members must have a headset and microphone to compete in
official matches. |
| 2.04.Members
are expected to regularly participate in forum discussions. |
| 2.05.Members
are expected to check the America's Army Forum periodically. |

| 3.
Membership |
|
3.01. Completed applications
are required to request admission into the v75th.
|
| 3.02.
Applying players shall be assigned the rank of Recruit. |
|
3.03. All Recruits must
complete and pass an Official Tryout with at least one v75th Squad
Leader.
|
|
3.04. Recruits will be given
limited access to membership activities during a 2-week trial period.
|
| 3.05.
Recruits must read, acknowledge and accept the Rules &
Bylaws of the v75th. |
| 3.06.
Membership can only be granted by a unanimous vote (within set
time) of the v75th |
3.07.
Recruits accepted into membership shall be assigned the rank
of Private. |
| 3.08.
All Privates must qualify in America's Army with the [v75th]USERNAME tag. |
| 3.09.
All members must have an e-mail account compatible with MSN
Messenger. Your displayed name should have the following
syntax: [v75th]UserName. |
| 3.09.a
All members wanting a name change must get it approved by Company HQ
and you will not be allowed to change it back or change it again
for six months. |
| 3.10.
Membership in the v75th is a privilege and can be revoked at any
time with or without cause by the senior ranking member. |

| 4.
Promotions |
| 4.01.
All Privates in good standing after 30 days of active duty with
the v75th, and under the recommendation of their Squad Leader,
may be promoted to Private First Class. |

4.02. Squad Leaders may
recommend promotions to Private First Class, Corporal, or Sergeant.
|
| 4.03.
Platoon Leaders award promotions to Private First Class,
Corporal, or Sergeant. |
|
4.04. Platoon Leaders may
recommend promotions to Staff Sergeant or Sergeant First Class.
|
|
4.05. Company Commanders
award promotions to Staff Sergeant, Sergeant First Class, 1st/2nd
Lieutenant, Master Sergeant, or First Sergeant.

|
4.06. Only those members in
good standing and with a zero accounts receivable balance shall be
eligible for promotion above PFC.

| 5.
Roles |
| 5.01.
Roles within the squad are to be assigned by the Squad Leader. |
|
5.02. Squad assignments are
at the discretion of the Platoon Leader.
|
| 5.03.
Roles within the Platoon are to be assigned by the Platoon
Leader. |
|
5.04. Platoon assignments
are at the discretion of the Company Commander.
|
|
5.05. Roles within the
Company are to be assigned by the Company Commander
|
|
5.06. If roles remain
vacant, the highest-ranking member shall be responsible for performing
or delegating the unassigned duties.

| 6.
Awards |
| 6.01.
Any member may nominate another for an award. |
|
6.02. All nominations for
awards must be in writing, cite the name of the nominee, the date of the
event, the situation or environmentals, and the reason(s) that the
member should receive the award.

6.02. Squad Leaders will
present any/all nominations to the Platoon Leader.
|
| 6.03.
Platoon Leaders must review all nominations for awards for
completeness and present them to the Company Commander. |
|
6.04. Company Commander
shall have full autonomy to accept or decline nominations for
awards.
|
|
6.04. Awards are to be
presented during an Official Event and shall be displayed on the
receiving members profile page.

| 7.
Official Practices |
|
7.01. There will be at least
one Official Practice each week and are to be posted on the v75th
Calendar.
|
|
7.02. Members not able to attend
Official Practices must create a reply to the appropriate post in the
forum.
|
|
7.03. Members are expected to use the
weapons assigned to them during all Official Practices.
|
|
7.04. Members must select
their appropriate Class prior to the start of each round.
|
|
7.05. All members are expected to be
familiar with any/all map and battle plans used in Official Practices.
|
|
7.06. Members who exceed 500
ROE points
during an Official Practice will be subject to suspension, demotion, or
dismissal.
|
|
7.07. All member must be
familiar with and use in-game commo commands to acknowledge orders,
report position, and share enemy locations.
|
|
7.08. Squad and Team Leaders
are expected to use voice applications to set plans, direct the
engagement, and manage the Official Practice.
|
|
7.09. While practices are
not mandatory, they are encouraged. Only the most active members
shall have the opportunity to represent the v75th in Official Matches.

| 8.
Ladder Play |
|
8.01. Only the Company
Commander, ladder captain, or highest ranking member, can challenge or accept challenges
in ladder play.
|
|
8.02. You must be registered
with the ladder prior to match acceptance before signing up to represent the v75th.
|
|
8.03. Each ladder roster
shall consist of no less than the minimum number of players required by the ladder
plus an additional two slots.
|
|
8.04 Slots are to be filled by
the Company Commander, ladder captain, or highest ranking member).
|
|
8.05. Members selected for
ladder rosters are expected to be familiar with all ladder rules.
|
|
8.06. All members listed on
a ladder roster must attend all practices or meetings related to their
assigned ladder.
|
|
8.07. Match assignments,
including class, will be at the discretion of the each ladder's Squad
Leader.
|
|
8.08. Members who accept an
assignment for an Official Match are expected to be ready to play at
least 30 minutes prior to the start of the match.
|
|
8.09. Members who cannot
make an Official Match must find a suitable replacement and notify the
appropriate Squad Leader.
|
|
8.10. Members who are unable
to attend an assigned match and make no effort to find a suitable
replacement may be subject to removal from the ladder.
|
|
8.11. Members who exceed a
combined 500 ROE points or team-kill during an Official Match shall be
suspended from ladder play for no less than 1 match. For members
with multiple instances of team-kills, the suspension shall be increased
at 1 match per team-kill. Repeat
violators may be subject to demotion, indefinite suspension from ladder
play, or expulsion from the clan.

8.12. Ventrilo is
required for all ladder competitions.

| 8.13.
Any violation of clan, America's Army or Ladder rules may result
in demotion, indefinite suspension from ladder play, or expulsion
from the clan. |
