Roles & Responsibilities:

Company Commander
(Captain)
The Company Commander is ultimately responsible for the organization and success of a company consisting of 2 or more Platoons.  All promotions above Sergeant must have the approval of the Company Commander, as well as all medals awarded. Company Commanders have final authority for the Company.
Company Support
(Master/First Sergeant)
Assists with the operations of the Company under the guidance and direction of the Company Commander.  Acts on behalf of the Company Commander in completing specific delegated activities including acknowledgement and assignment of official events.
Platoon Leader
(Lieutenant)
Platoon Leaders have oversight for 2 or more Squads.  Their responsibilities include: assigning members to Squads, scheduling official matches, enforcing the Rules & Bylaws, training subordinates, administrating recruitment processes, supervising scrimmages and practices, affirming battle plans, and maintaining necessary communications with senior officers and staff.  The Platoon Leader must also review and escalate recommendations for promotion (above Sergeant) as well as nominations for medals.
Platoon Support
(Sergeant First Class)
Assists with the operations of the Platoon under the guidance and direction of the Platoon Leader.
Squad Leader
(Staff Sergeant)
Each squad consists of 2 teams, 1 sniper specialist, and a Squad Leader.  The Squad Leader controls and commands 10-12 members in combat operations, and is responsible for everything that occurs during the mission.  Administratively, the Squad Leader assigns roles to each of his assigned staff; manages and reports their participation; assists in the recruiting process; develops, distributes, and directs battle plans, enforces the Rules & Bylaws; recommends staff for promotions (Sergeant and below) and medals; reprimands staff who violate the Rules & Bylaws.  All combat responsibilities fall under the Squad Leader's role.  Experience, strong communications, and demonstrated strategic skills are required for this role.
Team Leader
(Sergeant/Corporal)
The Team Leader is assigned by the Squad Leader to lead a group of 5-6 members in combat operations.  The Team Leader is second in command of the squad, and must be capable of fulfilling all of the duties of the Squad Leader.  This will usually be a player with the most participation, understands and contributes to the execution of battle plans, and demonstrates excellent communication skills during combat operations.
Grenadier
(M16A2 w/ M203)
This is an essential team member, as he can fire at the enemy from a distance, or give his team cover while they move forward.  The Squad Leader or Team Leader will assign this role.
Automatic Rifleman
(M249SAW)
Equipped with the awesome Squad Automatic Weapon, this team member provides support from a distance or uses his fast fire rate along with maneuverability to aide in close combat situations. No team is complete without a AR. The Squad Leader or Team Leader will assign this role.
Rifleman
(M16A2)
All members not assigned to one of the aforementioned roles is automatically classed as a Rifleman.  Each Rifleman is expected to participate in all scheduled events.  The Rifleman must report directly to the Squad Leader for direction and guidance on operational readiness and in combat operations.  Additionally, Rifleman are expected to assist new recruits in understanding the Rules & Bylaws of the Company as well as the organizational mechanics of any/all administrative SOPs.
Apprentice Officer Training
(Warrant Officer)
These Warrant Officers are developing the skills required to provide high quality commissioned officers as platoon leaders for the v75th. These members are not part of the chain of command, however as they are officers they are to be respected as any other officer.
Training Specialist
(Warrant Officer)
These Warrant Officers are devoted to learning and training specific maps or weapons and their application. These Warrant Officers are to be the trainers and strategists of the v75th. These are to be our resident experts when it comes time to play matches and develop effective strategies for successful matches.
Technical Expertise and Specialization
(Warrant Officer)
These Warrant Officers will be the technical specialists and advisors for the Staff. This group of Warrant Officers will be a small Corps of members
Qualifications:  
Sniper
(M24 SWS / M82 Barrett)
The sniper is the true long range killer of the team. Able to shoot at accuracy from up to 1800 meters. Stealth, position and patience are the keys to achieving this qualification.  You must complete the Infantry Sniper School to become a sniper.  Only 1 sniper specialist will be assigned to each Squad.  
Paratrooper You must complete the Airborne School to become a paratrooper.  Graduates of this school may qualify for the Basic Parachutist medal. 
Ranger 
(M16A2/M4A1)
Army Rangers specialize in conventional and special operations, the Rangers are the elite of the elite in the US Army. Rangers are trained to handle many different tactical situations, so they are never caught by surprise. By air, land, or sea, Rangers Lead the Way. You must complete the Army Ranger School to become a ranger.
