| The mission of the Rangers is to plan and conduct special military operations in support of the United States policy and objectives. This mission is accomplished by strike, light infantry, and special military operations against targets, and under conditions which require the unique capabilities of the unit. Targets include strategic, significant tactical value, and extremely time sensitive or of a critical nature. Operations conditions require Rangers to be highly trained, highly deployable, flexible, and totally reliable. |

| We played [medic] on Insurgent Camp. It was a tough day for them as their captain was called out of state at game time. With a late start, Snipes led us through with a whopping 25 kill evening. With little cooperative practice ourselves, it seems pubbing carried us to victory. Involved were Snipes, Hero, Izzy and Boondock. 14-0 v75th. |

| The second week of CAL saw us taking on 1st Cavalry Division. With good team work, [v75th]Boondock, [v75th]izzy, [v75th]Snipes and [v75th]JeanPoutine came out with a 12-2 victory. |

| We lost round one on MOUT McKenna. Hazard took us 8-6. That's what happens when you can't get the crew that is playing together before match time. Close one, we'll improve from here I'm sure. |

| We sent in the rookies... to their demise. It was a hard fought battle, and our guys led at the half 4-2-1. SSDD ended up victorious 8-5-1. v75th sent Subcidal, Snipes, Izzy, and Hot Done. |

| CAL Is Coming To Grapevine, TX! - 16 December 2004 |
| The Summer Championships will take place Wednesday, July 6 to Sunday, July 10, 2005 at the lavish Gaylord Texan Resort, in Grapevine, Texas. The CPL has reserved 1,000 rooms (its largest block ever) to help accommodate the more than 6,000 gamers from over 50 countries that are expected to attend this world-class event. While general admission to this event will be $100 per person, making it the most expensive esports event in the world, the CPL is offering a drastic reduction of $50 per person, but only until December 31, 2004 at midnight central.
