I. Mission

The mission of the v75th is to engage in and promote purposefully organized activities relating to the America’s Army online gaming experience.

 
II. Vision
Our vision is to be the most accomplished America’s Army clan, measured by regular participation of members, active exchange of strategic information and tactics, cohesive teamwork, and successful match history.
 
III. Objectives
To provide an organized online community for AA players to collaborate, coordinate, and exchange data, information, and knowledge about the America’s Army online experience.
To promote and grow the purpose and mission of the US Army in its development, distribution, and availability of America’s Army.
To create and share successful organizational efforts, leadership essentials, and the relevant value and importance of roles within teams.
To encourage an understanding and application of demonstrated America’s Army combat skills.
To maintain active participation and achieve a top 10 rank in recognized America’s Army online gaming ladders.
To develop positive, working relationships (i.e., alliances) with America’s Army clans that have similar or comparable objectives.
 
IV. Dues

While there are currently no regular dues for the v75th, members may be subject to compensation for hosted servers, site maintenance costs, or other requested services.

 
V. Membership
All registered players in good standing within America’s Army are eligible to apply for membership in the v75th. Acceptance is conditional on the following:

- Completed v75th Application for Enlistment;

- 100% attendance in all scheduled tryouts;
- Successful completion of all administrative activities for new recruits;
- Acknowledgement and acceptance of the v75th By-Laws and Rules;
- Completed Basic Training with assigned v75th name;
- Vote of acceptance by the active v75th membership.
 
VI. Organization
The clan shall consist of no more than one Company.

The Company shall consist of no more than 2-3 Platoons, , and be led by one Captain and one Master/First Sergeant.

Each Platoon will have 2-3 Squads, and be led by one Lieutenant and one Sergeant First Class.
Each Squad will have 12 members, and be led by one Staff Sergeant.
Each Squad will include one Staff Sergeant, a Sniper Specialist, a Grenadier, an Automatic Riflemen, and eight Riflemen.
Squads may be organized into two or more smaller Teams.
Teams may be led by any member of the Squad
 
VII. Events
Official events shall be defined as meetings, practices, scrimmages, and matches that appear on the calendar. Scheduled events are known, but not listed on the calendar. Unofficial events, also not listed on the calendar, may be impromptu and not widely known.

There will be no less than one Official practice each week;

Official practices shall occur on a recognized and available AA server;
There will be no less than one Official meeting per month;
Official meetings shall be conducted online using MSN Messenger;
Official Scrimmages may be conducted in place of Official practices;
Official Matches may only occur with teams listed in a recognized AA Ladder and in accordance with that ladder’s rules.
 
VIII. Leadership
Available positions within the v75th are subject to the size of the clan. They are as follows, and are in order of seniority:
 
- Company Commander;
 - Company Support;
 - Platoon Leader;
 - Platoon Support;
 - Squad Leader;
 - Team Leader.
  
IX. Roles
Company Commander (Captain) - The Company Commander is ultimately responsible for the organization and success of a company consisting of 2 or more Platoons.  All promotions above Sergeant must have the approval of the Company Commander, as well as all medals awarded. Company Commanders have final authority for the Company.
Company Support (Master/First Sergeant) - Assists with the operations of the Company under the guidance and direction of the Company Commander.  Acts on behalf of the Company Commander in completing specific delegated activities including acknowledgement and assignment of official events.
Platoon Leader (Lieutenant) - Platoon Leaders have oversight for 2 or more Squads.  Their responsibilities include: assigning members to Squads, scheduling official matches, enforcing the Rules & Bylaws, training subordinates, administrating recruitment processes, supervising scrimmages and practices, affirming battle plans, and maintaining necessary communications with senior officers and staff.  The Platoon Leader must also review and escalate recommendations for promotion (above Sergeant) as well as nominations for medals.
Platoon Support (Sergeant First Class) - Assists with the operations of the Platoon under the guidance and direction of the Platoon Leader.
Squad Leader (Staff Sergeant) - Each squad consists of 2 teams, 1 sniper specialist, and a Squad Leader.  The Squad Leader controls and commands 10-12 members in combat operations, and is responsible for everything that occurs during the mission.  Administratively, the Squad Leader assigns roles to each of his assigned staff; manages and reports their participation; assists in the recruiting process; develops, distributes, and directs battle plans, enforces the Rules & Bylaws; recommends staff for promotions (Sergeant and below) and medals; reprimands staff who violate the Rules & Bylaws.  All combat responsibilities fall under the Squad Leader's role.  Experience, strong communications, and demonstrated strategic skills are required for this role.
Team Leader (Sergeant/Corporal) - The Team Leader is assigned by the Squad Leader to lead a group of 5-6 members in combat operations.  The Team Leader is second in command of the squad, and must be capable of fulfilling all of the duties of the Squad Leader.  This will usually be a player with the most participation, understands and contributes to the execution of battle plans, and demonstrates excellent communication skills during combat operations.
Sniper (M24 SWS / M82 Barrett) - The sniper is the true long range killer of the team. Stealth, position and patience are the keys to achieving this qualification.  You must complete the Infantry Sniper School to become a sniper.  Only 1 sniper specialist will be assigned to each Squad.
Grenadier (M16A2 w/ M203) - This is an essential team member, as he can fire at the enemy from a distance, or give his team cover while they move forward.  The Squad Leader or Team Leader will assign this role.
Automatic Rifleman (M249SAW) - This team member provides support from a distance or uses his fast fire rate along with maneuverability to aide in close combat situations.
Rifleman (M16A2) - Unless otherwise assigned, all members classed as a Rifleman.  Each Rifleman is expected to participate in all scheduled events.  The Rifleman must report directly to the Squad Leader for direction and guidance on operational readiness and in combat operations.  Additionally, Rifleman are expected to assist new recruits in understanding the Rules & Bylaws of the Company as well as the organizational mechanics of any/all SOPs.
